I can not express the care I received while I was a patient at Haven Health at Camp Verde the care was above and beyond there was so many good caring staff I would like to name each and every one but afraid I might forget a name Iam a retired nurse and have never seen the empathy and love from all departments I love and miss each and everyone Hope you all have a good New Year and God Bless
The Haven was very Profesional and comforting. The nurses and cnas are awesome and will go out of their way to ensure you are getting the best treatment possible. Physical therapy was great as well Marge and the whole PT team helped me learn how to walk again.
Update: 2 months after I left haven I found out that I needed a copy of my medical records. This process was intimidating but Nikki, Diane and Jorge patiently walked me thru the whole process.
Update: Came back to Haven in late 2025 Oliva was the rock of the front office team in my eyes for this most current trip. I kept getting conflicting updates but she was always the one who kept her word and...read full review
I've had such an amazing experience while convalescing here at Haven of Camp Verde!
The employees, every one of them, are absolutely committed to taking care of their residents! They are always listening, always smiling and always have time for you. Whether it's Tenia and Lexi in housekeeping, Lucas and the others in maintenance, all of the loving nurses, the D.O.N. Kari, Christina and Bobby in activities, the CNAs, Jessica, Justice, Kaylee (I wish I could name them all) you can't find a better staff anywhere!
