Apparently Goettl's does not charge by the hour, because said ambiguity required lots of time to narrow down, diagnose, and repair.
Brandon took the time to explain everything he would check related to the plumbing system, flushed the water heater and he did a nice job explaining the benefits of a water filtration system. Very productive visit.
