I live in a very small community that is remote. Electric power is erratic, at best. Outages are common. Worse, surges are also common. So, stuff breaks. Lately, when I call for help, someone usually says, before they do anything, "Five hundred bucks". When the well stopped providing water, on a weekend, I was told I would be charged double. But, you know, you gotta have water. The total, for a 30 minute visit, was $1000.86. This was NOT Dalton's. I had an issue with my A/C and I spoke with the owner of Dalton's, since he returned my call after the issue resolved itself following a power surge. After waiting a week for another company to fix our AC through our home warranty we contacted Dalton. They worked through our warranty company and arrived to fix our AC within less than 24 hours. Mike and Spencer from Dalton were great about explaining the repairs to our unit. Overall a very good experience dealing with this professional company.Service: A/C system repair
Dalton AC was there for my elderly client today as his evaporative cooler was not working. My little guy and his Lab were EXTREMELY uncomfortable and stressed. I called 18 other Companies and Dalton was the ONLY one that was able to help out on a Holiday! I am a licensed REALTOR® and have used many Heating & Cooling companies BUT nothing has compared to the service we received today! Happy 4th of July and Shout Out to Dalton AC and his team!
