I live in a very small community that is remote. Electric power is erratic, at best. Outages are common. Worse, surges are also common. So, stuff breaks. Lately, when I call for help, someone usually says, before they do anything, "Five hundred bucks". When the well stopped providing water, on a weekend, I was told I would be charged double. But, you know, you gotta have water. The total, for a 30 minute visit, was $1000.86. This was NOT Dalton's. I had an issue with my A/C and I spoke with the owner of Dalton's, since he returned my call after the issue resolved itself following a power surge. The last power surge cost me (are you ready?) $500. Mr. Dalton recommended that I let his company install a surge protector. It seems to me that should just be part of the original A/C installation. But, it's not. (Daltons did not install the A/C) I agreed. A Tech arrived. He was polite, efficient, and installed the surge protector. He, unlike all the other service providers, did not ask for payment. I got an e-mail a couple days later: $299! I was thrilled! This company has an ethic that I greatly appreciate. Reasonable charges, efficient work, polite techs (BTY, the tech that showed up should get a big thumbs up!). Don't call anyone else! I am not affiliated in any way with this company, or it's owner. I'm just an old guy on a fixed income that appreciates good work at a fair price! If I could give these folk a six, I would!

Dr. Shamp came out, same day of the emergency to help my emaciated, rescue horse who happened to lay down and could not at all get up. No other vet in town responded this way. There was an outstanding effort and compassion she showed to my Boone and all of his emergency was handled so beautifully and professionally and even when it came time to say goodbye…Dr. Shamp showed the upmost care and kindness during this tough time. When I get a horse again, this vet clinic will be THE ONLY ONE I ever use. Thank you guys for everything.

I had been looking for a local stylist for the last couple of years as I had been going to a shop in Flagstaff. My husband made an appt with Marissa to have his hair cut and I went with him. I could tell right away that this lady was a pro and knew her craft so I booked an appt with her for my hair and I am so glad I did. I am very, very happy with the cut plus the warm beautiful person that Marissa is makes it a pleasure to sit in her chair. A very nice salon with friendly people.
Dr French has taken care of me for the last 8 years through 3 different pregnancies, accidents, etc in which I had quite a bit of pain. He always tries his best to get you in ASAP if you're having pain. Great doc and service.

I've used this concrete company on multiple jobs. They are very busy but they do great work. They show up when they say they're going to and their quality is top notch. I absolutely recommend them. We've used them in Rimrock and village of oak creek just south of Sedona, they do new, build and remodel.

We had Monti and his crew out here to replace an aging asphalt shingle roof with a metal roof and energy foam a large out building. He was professional from the git go. The quote was as fair as he was bidding against two other contractors. I picked Monti's bid because he addressed ALL issues in the bid. Some contractors leave some items out to be the lowest bid and then hit you with "extras" when the job is complete. No so with Monti. Due to the backlog of work our job was scheduled 3 months out and was started and completed on the promised date, a rare occurrence in this day and age.Now I want to put in a word about the prep crew who made the old roof disappear. I have never in my 40 years working as a construction Engineer see a crew as compete and neat at this group. When they finished, I couldn't find one tarpaper scrap or roofing nail when I ran over the work area with my wheeled magnet. Like it never happened!All working craftsmen will never drop a job they're working on to quote a job they might never get. From my first contact with Energy Roofers it took 10 working days to get a bid, so if you want a bid from a professional craftsman, not a salesman, plan ahead and be patient.Service: Roof installation

Nice bar, clean facility with friendly bartenders who feature ample drink pours and four delicious brews on tap. But the VIEW of south Verde Valley is totally spectacular! They have a large meeting room in the back and plenty of paved parking. Each visit I meet an interesting senior veteran with a compelling story to share... great for camaraderie while enjoying a cold beverage! Although smoking tobacco is permitted, the facility has excellent ventilation for those that don't! Good bar selection and bar snacks. Go for the view, the patrons who are priceless and affordable beverages and snacks!
Highly recommended!! Did am amazing job with my poodle that isn’t the easiest to groom! He was happy and relaxed when I came to pick him up, sitting down hanging with his groomer while she finished trimming him up. So excited to have a great groomer close to home!

I had given up hope in finding good care in central and northern AZ, procedural quality and communication were missing. This office exemplies team work, the way things should be done. Equipment is State Of The Art; assistants communicate each step of the process, nothing is done without patient's knowledge. My infected tooth was saved, additionally the porcelain-ceramic crown was made there, a first for me. I entered at 9:30AM and left at 11:00AM with a well fitted crown. The Office Dental Plan [annum] is worth the cost for those like myself with dental issues without insurance. It includes all scans, cleaning, and discount on dental work. Yes, Dr Kinney is busy. He is adjunct to my alma mater, Northern Arizona. Dr "Nami" is well trained, thorough, competent, observant, and caring. I am scheduled for another appointment last week of August 2024 with Dr Kinney for extraction and hopefully an implant. To those seeking quality care I strongly recommend Verde Dental Care. Amazing service. Stopped here because I had a check engine light on an a misfiring engine. Turns out, one of my fuel injectors was loose. Got it tightened down and made it home smoothly. Didn't even charge me. Wish this place was closer to me! You can tell these are honest people.

Kevin has done my nails both times that I've been here, and they have been amazing every time. When I am in Camp Verde, this is where I will come to get my nails done. ? I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails, and he is very meticulous and listens to what I want. I absolutely love that in a nail tech. It's hard to find that. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone.
