We were here from California for the weekend and nick was able to come out and pressure wash our home and clean the windows the next day BIG JOB for a very reasonable price. He took his time and did a beautiful job very happy with his work and prices, will use again. Thanks Nick !

Quality work but lacking in reliability. He (Nicklaus) forgot that we originally had a bi-monthly service scheduled, then did not remember appointments, then forgot and wanting to change rescheduled appointments. More of the same. I would have given more stars for the quality of work but deducted for the lack of reliability. Too bad!Thank you for your response... allow me to have a final say in this matter:The original agreement was for semi-monthly service, during the week, in the mornings. Nicklaus didn't show up the 2nd time, I called and we rescheduled. It just went downhill from there. I have also explained that afternoon (like you mentioned on the phone at 3:00 0'clock) would be very bad timing for us as I explained the reason to you on the phone, so that was a no. Now if it was early afternoons, i.e. 12:30, it would be okay. It just seems to me for good and ethical business purposes, to keep agreed schedule intact and do not miss and/or reschedule every time... then take on additional business and then overshadowing your already in place commitments/agreements. That's all I have to say besides that he also wanted to charge a different amount every time, forgetting what we had agreed to. Just very disappointed. He did a good job but we can't have the drama.
