“Had my brows done by Ladell yesterday evening. Phenomenal workmanship and professionalism. I lost almost all of my eyebrow hair from stess about 5 years ago. Everyday was a struggle to try and pencil in some sort of eyebrow so I would look like a normal woman. I would either get them completely uneven or, as I sweated throughout the day, inevitably, I would wipe one off and look ridiculous. “I was in town for my 2 year anniversary and scheduled a couple of treatments for myself as a little treat. I did run into a conflict with one of my services due to a health condition of my own, and EVERYONE in the salon worked to help accommodate me. I was unable to do one of my scheduled treatments and as a result, the staff worked to help me get 3 additional treatments in place of the one I could not get. I had a sugar scrub, an express facial, a pedicure, and a shampoo and blowout. Every technician was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable about their services.
