This was my second time trying out the royal nail lounge and I had another great experience. I went in yesterday and was assisted right away. Bailey did my dip and Trai did my pedicure. They were really friendly and quick. I love the way they did my nails and appreciate the time they took from start to finish.
I have two trusted nail techs there. I will not see anyone else. There are a few that do not care about how rough they are with your hands. They want you in and out. I do not appreciate that. I will continue to use this nail salon, if these individuals remain there.
I called before showing up but I did not have an appointment. Lady who answered was very very friendly and let me know they would be ready for my arrival. Upon entrance I was quickly seated. I was only going for a pedicure but I asked about dipped nails and they quickly brought someone over to assist begin my nails. Both women were supper friendly and did a very good job. I did not get the name of the pedicure lady but Wendy sud ny nails and I was very happy with my results.
