We don't always get a room, also we would like to see how they assess our dog instead of them taking him to the back. Even some form of information of what they will be doing would be good.
I recently lost a good friend - my little dog Chica. It was emotionally heart wrenching for me. I want to thank the staff and doctor at Marketside for their support and caring for me as well as Chica. They are amazing and their caring nature made a difference. Thank you Ashley, Natasha, Stephanie and Dr. Fleming for all you did to help both me and Chica during this hurtful time. I hope I am not missing anyone in my thanks -- the entire staff comforted both me and Chica. I still miss her immensely; however, I know I have chosen the right veterinarian office to visit with my other pets. THANK YOU!Cher J.
We went there when our dg Marty was struck by a car. He was only 3 1/2 years old. We were extremely emotional. Unfortunately he was dead when we got there. The staff was so very understanding and caring to us. We got to say our goodbyes. They did his paw prints and worked with us for cremation. Fantastic understanding staff.
