We had an A/C that kept breaking down. Chauncey came on the same day and looked at it. He was unable to fix on that day due to not having parts. He did not charge us for looking at the unit. With all of the issues we were having with this unit we were thinking about replacing. Chauncey quoted us at $2500 less than previous companies that had looked at the unit. We decided to replace the unit. Chauncy, Miguel, and another young man showed up on time. All three worked to get the new unit installed quickly and were clean during the process; even gave us a new thermostat. A/C has been in for a week now and working great. There were no surprises and the quote was what we paid. High quality work. We highly recommend!

My A/C went out at 1am and called him at 2:30am. He said he would be out between 8am and 11am. He showed up a little after 8am and I had cold air blowing ten minutes later. Outstanding customer service. I called several other's A/C repair companiesand they said they'd call back none did. Thank you again for the great service.Service: AC repair

Call at 8:30 pm and got an appointment at 8 am. Fan motor was dead and he replaced motor an got our AC blowing cold in about 30 minutes. Very professional and will definitely recomend and use again.Service: A/C system repair
