Quick and efficient. My carpet is clean. They did a great job! I bought a carpet cleaner and tried to use it, but it did not do that well. We have so much foot traffic with all our dogs in the house. Having the carpet clean got rid of the dog smell and the dirt. I would definitely call them again in the future!!
