Donna carefully listened to my description of my hair's idiosyncrasies, reviewed photos of what I had in mind with me--even checking to make sure that our perception of the photos matched--and proceeded with the haircut. Donna let me know what she was doing and why during the haircut. This level of communication during a haircut is unique in my experience and I left feeling great about the quality of the cut and the communication.“
