My dishwasher broke and I couldn’t believe they squeezed me in the same day. Michelle gave great customer service and kept me in the loop later that day as to when they’d get to my appointment. Bill came out and was friendly, professional, and gave great recommendations for a replacement. The service call was a very fair price. Highly recommend!
Bill repaired the pump on my washer. He was knowledgeable, personable, prompt and honest as they come. The pump came in cheaper than quoted so rather than stick with the more expensive quote, he redid the bill and saved us over $90.00! Highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises.
