I've had them work on my HVAC twice now. The first time my drip pan had rusted out and needed replacing. He put in a new plastic pan, new supports, and added some gradient to it so it drains faster. Did a great job, and didn't try to sell me on anything else. The second time was a renter who called complaining the unit was noisy and making a banging sound. This is an older AC unit, but it's a Trane and it's solid. I am pretty sure most HVAC outfits would have tried to tell me that it was just worn out and needed to be replaced. Rob went and looked at it, and the outside condenser was full of dog hair. His diagnoses was that it was making the unit run hotter than normal and raising the internal pressure at the compressor, resulting in the banging sound when it shut down. He cleaned it thoroughly, tested it, sent me pics, and his bill was super reasonable. He's been trustworthy, fast, and done great work.
