“I usually go there often. This was Saturday, and usually, the owner is around making sure everyone is good. My tech worked fast and kept filing the sides of my fingers and seemed upset. I would address her about it. The ATM was down, and the gentleman was aware and still didn't put a sign up. He just waited and watched me do it. Not the best, but not the worst“

“I had a really great experience. Gel mani and a "Jelly" pedicure by Mimi. Other clients in the spa were complaining however I recognized them being so caught up in their phones they failed to give proper direction to the staff. If you don't explain what you're after and then point out an issue only after your phone battery has died and your service is complete, that's on you. The staff was kind even to those that didn't deserve it.“
