I was in the market for custom work PCs. I emailed close to 20 companies. Only got responses from 2 including JCO. JOC was the only one to follow up with me from the start. Very knowledgeable and patient. It took me close to a month and half to agree to purchase from them. They did everything they said they would do. I will use them in the future for my store's upgraded phone system. Highly recommend

JCO Computers was recommended to me by a fellow IT person. My thumb drive stopped connecting to my USB port, so I brought it in to see if they can retrieve data and transfer to a new thumb drive that I left with them. This just happened today. I see that most of the reviews are a # of years old, so I wanted to bring this up so I can let you know how things go. If they are successful in retrieving my data, they are above and beyond some of the other companies I called 1st. I am hoping to give them a 5 star review next.

I've been using JCO Computers since they've been in business. There pricing haven't changed much but their knowledge of computer repair is unreal.I learn something from them each time I drop off a computer for repair.
