The electrician called the day of appointment to introduce himself and to provide his estimated arrival time. During this visit, a pre-purchased kitchen ceiling light was installed. We also wanted to upgrade patio security lighting but didn't know what parts to purchase. The electrician understood and he purchased what was needed and efficiently completed the upgrade install. Easy peasy for us. No follow-up required. Per our request the office provided a receipt within a few days, via email.“
