Kolby the Tech came out same day to look at our unit. He was super friendly and kind got the AC unit going the same day also. Great communication the whole way through. My Family and I are super greatful for Autumn Air and Kolby for being so AWESOME!
Gilbert arrived earlier in the arrival window and was very approachable. Once I explained what the issue was, he proceeded to explain what was happening and what he was doing and the why behind it. Informed me about Autumn Air’s 2 year service plan. Luckily AC issue was just a capacitor, but a pleasant encounter.
I've had my system installed by Autumn Air back in 2022 and it has been running fantastic. Fast forward to the recent time, due to the economy hardship and increased cost of living, I have expressed my concerns with the costs of up-keeping my AC system. I then coincidentally met Josh on a social media platform, he then thoroughly explained to me the aspects of business and the importance of providing quality services while maintaining an affordable cost.
