The ac in my rv quit working and I was so glad that they came over to check it out right away, my rv's ac unit is known as a basement unit, it is on bottom of coach, they pulled it out and checked it all out, found that the control panel was faulty replaced it and installed unit back in and it's all good. I cannotthank you enough, I highly recommend them, very professional!Service: HVAC system repair

Casey to the rescue! A/C went out on Friday afternoon! Tried and tried to get ahold of HVAC Co. that installed new AC unit in April, (big mistake NOT having Steve Dick install new unit) they never got back to me even though I text, emailed, live messages, even went as far as finding BBB address listed and went there. Nothing, Nada... Tuesday I called Steve Dick. Casey returned my call within 15 minutes. Explained situation about other Co., and A/C not working. Casey came the same day willing to HELP!! Even came back on Wednesday am to troubleshoot one more thing! Casey went to his shop and loaded equipment to get me up and running. I appreciate the prompt response, willingness to help, problem solve and compassion. I totally would RECOMMEND Steve Dick A/C and Heating!!
