I've been a customer of the Petal Shoppe for many years. Mostly, I go to the Petal Shoppe whenever I need flowers for my wife for various occasions during a given year. And if flowers are needed for a funeral, etc, the Petal Shoppe is where I go. Pictured, are the recent dozen of beautiful red roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. I've always been completely satisfied with my purchases at the Petal Shoppe, and the staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional.
I phoned internationally for an order for a sick friend of mine and spoke to a lovely lady named Jenny. She was so easy to deal with over the phone and got my order out that day. Thank you from Australia!
I ordered flowers the day of my mothers birthday, the bouquet was missing roses which are my mother’s favorite, it was still beautiful, but I ordered especially for the roses, I called & spoke with Amber, she apologized & sent my mother a whole new bouquet to compensate for that, it was beautiful as well, I really appreciate the customer service that was provided by this florist, I recommend them to anyone & they have forever gained a customer….
