Dee is the man! He saved me from a big time termite problem and I am forever grateful for how he went out of his way to make sure I would not have more problems out of these bugs. I liked him a lot more than another company I used awhile back that just seemed in it for my money. I think Dee understands no one wants to have to pay for bugs removal, it's a pain and seems like a waste of money like a busted radiator or something. So he goes out of his way to be nice and I like companies that do that for me!

They came when I called! Ever body else we called wanted to schedule an appt. I had a squirrel in my attic for crying out loud! The technicians name was Jimbo. My wife was trippin bad, wouldn't even go in the house! Jimbo told her don't worry about it, he wasn't leaving til the squirrel leaves! it took about 2 hours but Jimbo got him! We ended up buying monthly for our house and our business which included free trouble calls, which means if the squirrel does come back there won't even be another charge. I had no idea how many bugs we actually had until they sprayed for the first time, And they turned up dead throughout the house. We had never even seen any bugs before...read full review
