They were prompt and the refinished tub looks good. However, I was charged an additional amount, beyond the original quote, because of the condition of the tub. Even with this additional work, they were done and gone in about 2 hours. I feel a little "taken advantage of" for paying extra when the job didn't seem to take longer than usual.
Did a excellent job in a day. Had 2 cast iron tubs with major yellowing and rust and Tub Pros made them new again and brought them back to life. Dustin and his crew really took care of my problem. Highly recommend.
After having a repair guy show up twice with no positive outcome, it was a pleasure to get a gentleman who was professional and responsive. He was able to resolve my issues, and I am very pleased!
