I called and was left on hold for 15 minutes, until I hung up. I called back it was going to their voicemail so I left a voicemail, no return call. I went to the office because I needed contacts. When I arrived there was a girl sitting right beside the phone doing nothing. I let her know the phone was going to voicemail, she said it was because they were busy and short staffed. The dr that does the examination was standing behind her going through a file, instead of doing an exam, and I also saw at least 2 others talking about their grandchildren. Lol they were extremely busy with no one in the waiting area. My daughter and I won't be going back.

I went to Dr Caldwell’s office today for an eye exam. I asked for a prescription for computer glasses. I told her that I would try another website that I found to get my glasses ordered. I had my phone out to show her the website. She tells “ I will not help you with anything online because that would take away from my money, your insurance pays for glasses.” DidI get prescription yes.Needless to say I was beyond shocked at what was said to me. This was very disrespectful rude and unprofessional to say and poor customer service. I will not be going back.

Julie Caldwell called me on the 25th of Nov tell me my kids have a 745 appointment but we have to stand in the cold until 815 EMPLOYEES HAVE NO MASK ON
