Pro nails

I walked in knowing what I wanted had it ready on my phone to show my nail tech. I go to the waiting area good start took about 5 minutes to get my station. My mom went first then I believe it was the manager called me over so he could do my nails. I showed him my photo explaining I wanted gel polish no acrylic. He then told me to go grab my polish then I saw a pretty nude colored base so I asked him to do that for my base he then told me no I couldn't get a color out of the book. While this is happening he is doing some girls acrylic nails. I got my color and he told me to put my coat on the floor not on the rack but the floor! Then he made me stand the entire time getting them down while doing only one color not even close to the picture I showed hi! I'm so mad about this and I will never be coming back!

My daughter and i went to get our nails done. When she asked him to fix he nails and make them ticker he proceeded to get ugly with her. And her nails are messed up. Like he didnt care he was getting paid. I wouldnt even give them one star. They stink and we will not be going back!

So disappointed. Had to ask 5 times for my toe nails to be cut short. They did not ask what type of pedicure I wanted. Nothing posted on services provided and cost. Very poor pedicure. Wanted a manicure also but thought i would go elsewhere for that.
