While all of the service team members are great, my favorite technician, NATHAN ENNIS, came out to do my Spring AC tuneup. Unfortunately this time he discovered a couple of issues that warranted immediate attention to repair as a means of troubleshooting for future more costly problems and/or replacement of the whole unit. After a thorough explanation of what all was involved and giving me direct price quote I opted to take his advise.
