From Tyler on their sales side, to their office, service, and support staff they are bar none in the industry. A group and location that goes above and beyond in the most finite detail to take care of a customers big or small. Only one Kenworth has had quicker service, but the updating from the mechanic and manager at this location were far and away the best! The manager greeted us when we arrived. Got us in a bay immediately and periodically let us know what had been and was currently being done. The mechanic worked diligently until the job was done to get us back on the road in as little time as possible. They should send all the Kenworth service staff here for customer service training. Thanks y'all!!
