“One star. This place is an absolute joke! My son has high blood pressure. I made him an appointment a few weeks ago at the clinic in Hoover, Alabama. Monday they sent a text for him to confirm his appointment 12/1/22. He confirmed. We arrived to be told by a nurse he didn’t have an appointment. There was no provider available today. When we got back in the car, he checked his e-mail. His appointment has been cancelled due to “office closure.” The e-mail was sent 4 hours before the text asking him to confirm. You guys need to do better! No one has time to waste these days. My son is walking around without his medication. If anything happens to him, you will be held responsible. That is a promise! I do not recommend. Just a FB glitch.“

They offered me the option of doing my doctor visit while I was already there.Doc always listens well and explains thoroughly anything I need to do to improve my life.“

“I needed a new primary care physician and was recommended to Dr. M.Turner.
He actually read my chart so he knew what was going with me and took initiative and formulated a plan to take care of my health.
It gave me some hope for getting back on the right healthy path again. He was very informative and answered all my questions it’s a relief to finally get a Dr. to take charge and help me instead of running up my bill.
I honestly have some kinda hope for my future and health.

In response to your recent post regarding my post. I’m not looking for attention I’m looking for answers. I’m not a big fan of going to the doctor or using my hard earned dollar to not knowing if I will get the help I need or not. I also have to put in pto to go to the Dr. when I could be saving it for vacation. I’m not on Medicaid so it’s not free for medical. I don’t gamble at the casino I most definitely don’t like to pay to gamble with my health.
I’m sure you’re a professional and I’m a customer you should find a better way to phrase your words.
Honestly I only gave a review because people depend on it anymore some people need confirmation that they’re doing a great honest reliable deal and we’re still Americans in God we trust & my dad taught me if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say don’t say anything at all so I’ve tried to live by that.
I see we’re in a different world. I see you got your degree, however, they forgot to teach you how to treat people. I guess you’re above that now. As attention seekers maybe paying off your college debt and now that you’re at the job, you’re seeing that you could learn the job without all the schooling and money that you had to put into it and you want to take it out on us. Luckily for you, we have the government the government will pay for you. All these people are entitled I’m not saying everybody, but we all know a lot of them. Are attention seekers whatever but I’m so happy you chose me to confide in lucky me.
As long as their government assistant people you’re OK you’re taking care of your medical bills are taken care of. I pay a high dollar amount for my insurance. I get paid low income and I have to pay you. My insurance will not cover, which is a lot. Don’t bs me we all pay taxes , take it out on somebody else. I’m not the one. You’re college degree forgot to teach you how to treat people, but I’m gonna guess above that now.“

“The staff is very friendly. The process of checking in can be a bit tedious but the staff is thorough and fairly quick. More parking would be nice but that has nothing to do with the services provided.“
