“John has come by twice to fix my appliances and went way above and beyond both times. The first time, my fridge had a clogged drain line. He flushed it then helped me find the part numbers for the plastic drawers in the fridge at no charge.Then, he came by to fix my range and diagnosed that the infinite switches were burning out. He quoted me a price to fix them and recommended that I NOT pay him to do the work because it would be expensive and there were other expensive parts on the stove that were probably at end of life too. He recommended that I get a new oven even if it meant he didn't make more money on the deal. Seriously looking out for his customer and honest as they come.PLUS, he mentioned he grew up in HVAC and I mentioned I was having a problem with my blower. “A great company and wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable people. I had to have my entire duct work system replaced due to age and rust. I had used B&J for previous small jobs of a/c service. They quoted the job for the duct replacement, and I hired them. They sent a team of two men just as promised. They were absolutely processionals. As promised, at the end of each day, I was able to turn the heating system back on for nighttime use. The entire job took most of week, as per the estimate. When they were done, the weather had warmed to the point we were needing some cooling instead of heat. Imagine my surprise when we turned on the a/c unit and it blew only slightly cool air. The guys checked the unit and found the system had leaked almost all of its Freon since it had been serviced the previous summer. Testing indicated the coil inside the house was the culprit. Due to it being an R22 system, I decided repairing it was not the best way to go. That meant replacing the entire heat and air unit. There goes the budget. Matt C. quoted multiple units, and I decided which one to have installed. Matt indicated it might take a week and a half to get the unit and work me into their schedule. Surprisingly, they were able to do the installation only a few days later. The same two guys that replaced the duct work also did the installation of the system. They put in a long day tearing out the old unit and replacing it with the new one. It also included enlarging the return air opening with a larger opening and frame and a bigger air filter. When they left, late that afternoon, we were back in business. We have now had time to use both the heating and a/c systems. What a difference. The house has never been more comfortable. And, I have to believe I will see a big difference in gas and electric bills. B&J will certainly be taking care of my future needs for heat and air. I believe they treated me completely fairly on the cost, and the work was all done meticulously, and on, or ahead, of schedule. I have nothing but praise for the company.“

“I don't mean to be Ruud, but I'm feeling pretty residential right now. Oh, I meant Presidential. This is one of the big Houston names in AC, so we went with them when we needed a service. It went well, not cheap but not bad. Air conditioning services are very much required down here in Houston, and this national business is one which is popular here in Houston and has broken into the market pretty nicely so that's good for them.“
