“Had an emergency Thursday night where my motor failed on my ac unit. They came out after I got off work at around 7pm Friday night and were able to confirm and diagnose what I originally thought the issue was. Mr. Larry was not sure he would have a motor that would work with my particular ac unit. Luckily he had one that was compatible and had us back up and running with ice cold air in about 45 minutes from pulling into the driveway to getting us fixed to having our invoice and payment accepted. Mr. Larry is also an amazing and funny individual. We highly recommend A-1 especially Mr. Larry to anyone. We know when we replace the entire ac system and relocate it we will be calling A-1 and requesting Mr. Larry“

“When we recently arrived at about 6pm at our weekend house on the Little Red River for the 4th of July weekend, we realized that our AC wasn’t working. It was blowing out hot air. The temperature inside was 91 degrees! A large tree branch had fallen on the outside condenser unit. I immediately called Affordable Air and left a message. “Josh” returned my call in 2 minutes. Within less than 45 minutes he was there and had my AC blowing cold air about 10 minutes later. By coincidence, the next day our AC condensation line clogged and was leaking into our laundry room. Once again I called Josh. As my wife and I were fishing on our dock waiting for them to arrive to fix the problem, they came and fixed the problem and left without even bothering us and our fishing. That is absolutely amazing customer service! I HIGHLY recommend Josh and Affordable Air!!“
