Have been a customer since 2015 and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Tracey was so professional and sweet on the phone and got us help immediately. The technicians were very nice, professional and explained what was going on and got the job done in a timely manner. Just a bunch of good people. Had the best easy experience with Cook's today, my AC unit wasn't working properly turned out to be ants attacking my switch, Got that replaced along with a good clean out and I didn't even need "Free on" .... All 5 stars deserved.... Highly Recommended
