REPEAT customer here!!! After viewing the supreme work this company did on my THEN fiance's house, my NOW husband felt it was a no-brainer as to whom we'd use to do the roofing on our newly purchased home. Being the "Customer Service speaks volumes" type of person that I am, I contacted 9 local roofing companies, left messages at 3, spoke with individuals who either were unable to come due to auto trouble (this one guy actually offered to and performed an estimation by satellite imaging. He actually showed up, later that very day in a friend's car with an estimate quite a bit HIGHER than the 2 others we'd received. Even more astonishing, the satellite imaging estimate did not include several items, the most important was the omission of a warranty for workmanship. Others companies had prior commitments or were only available at a times that were inconvenient for me. Of the 4 who were available: ABC roofing and one other company actually arrived at their scheduled time. More importantly, they had the common decency to knock on my door, give a brief introduction and acknowledge their presence BEFORE ascending my roof. One of other two available company reps, not only failed to introduce himself to me but had the audacity to leave his estimate stuck in my front door... Such courtesy or LACK THEREOF speaks volumes to me. What really set this company apart from the others were the FOLLOW-UPS!!! Mr. Joe called several times after submitting ABC's estimate to see if we'd reached a decision. To quiet my woes about prices and color coordination, Mr. Joe came by with roofing samples, several of which he left for my husband and I to ponder over. He discussed price differences in materials and even pointed out how the various materials of the same color appeared different once in place. It was these extra miles that led us to hire ABC roofing. There are still some consumers, like myself that feel a REAL person, minus the satellite imaging, branding a smile, a firm handshake and TRUE knowledge about the product and service they offer is the way to go. Thanks ABC for ANOTHER job well done!
