Went through my home warranty to have our washer looked at. Liz was courteous, worked with my schedule, and was able to arrange for someone to come the next business day. The technician Cody was on time and was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes, and answered all my questions. Very happy with their service.Service: Washer/dryer repair

The service tech showed up exactly when they said they would, it was a very minor issue and didn't charge beyond the service fee. The tech was very friendly and efficient. What more can you ask for?

I'm so surprised to see bad reviews for this company. I can't rate my experience with A&L Appliance Repair more highly. They were dispatched through my home warranty to fix an issue with my dishwasher. I'd already had two people out from a different company who did not fix the issue and were extremely unprofessional. With A&L Appliance, they call you the day before to give you a 2 hour window, and worked with me to find a day I didn't work so I could be home. The woman I spoke with, Liz, was very nice and professional. The last company I worked with gave me an 8-5pm window with no contact number to call. The technician was very professional and nice.
