After my review yesterday Jake Cromwell was notified and immediately called us to see what our problem was and just left our house! We both tried calling the number on Google and it failed to go to him or anyone in the company so GOOGLE is the reason why he never answered me back. If you need TOP HAT CHIMNEY I WOULD ADVISE TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THERE ACTUALLY WEB SITE!!! DO NOT USE THE CALL BUTTON ON GOOGLE WHEN YOU SEARCH ! After Jake came out and talked about the problem he was very apologetic and we both felt bad that this happened. Had an absolutely amazing experience with this company. Elijah came to our house to do an inspection and a cleaning. He was very prompt and polite and was honest when he said that our fireplace didn't need a cleaning that it was in good shape. Honesty goes a long way with me and I hope that we can work again in the future. Definitely recommend this company

The service person was thorough and efficient as well as very polite. While he had to order parts and schedule a follow up visit; he’d was very honest about what would be required.
