About Sharum's Garden Center NWA
Sharum's Garden Center NWA is dedicated to growing and selling high-quality plant material, ensuring customers have a successful start with their plants. The center offers an impressive variety of trees, shrubs, and a selection of bedding plants, along with statuary and fountains, all at competitive prices. Customers appreciate the friendly and expert assistance provided for plant care and the option for planting services. The center is known for its great selection of healthy plants and has an awesome assortment of natives, which are important for the ecosystem. However, a limited selection of perennials and annuals has led to some critiques. Customers have noted concerns about the waiting time for planting large conifers, as it may affect their health. Despite some negative reviews regarding warranties on plants, many customers emphasize the importance of proper care and watering, especially after recent droughts. Overall, Sharum's is a reliable destination for quality landscaping plants, and many recommend it for both personal and client needs.
Ya’ll I was THAT customer today and had no idea until I left. 😞 Yesterday, I tried looking up this nursery near me and saw it was open until 6pm. I was like perfect I’ll hurry get off work at 5 and then run there and pick up the hanging plants, which is exactly what I did. I went to Sharum's Garden Center - Springdale and this friendly guy approached, I let him know what I was needing and with 0 effort he picked out 3 perfect plants, checked me out, and helped me to my car. It wasn’t until I’m in my car and look them up on fb that I realize my mistake, that this may have been the nursery I planned on going to, but it wasn’t the one I googled yesterday and they CLOSED at 5! I’m so embarrassed, but beyond thankful that no one said anything about me being there 35 minutes after closing. They had every right to ask me to leave, but instead were so friendly. So if you’re looking for ANY type of plant for yard or house I would definitely suggest going to see them (just during open hours which happen to be 8-5 Monday-Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday 🫣)
Sharum's has good bedding plants, and great nursery trees and shrubs for landscaping. If I can be critical, I would suggest you hire your own landscaper, and pick out the plants together. Sharum's "4-6 weeks" is just too long to wait on planting large conifers before they begin "regressing" when they're put in the "sold" area. I've learned my lesson on this.
Best pansies anywhere! Always very good root systems on their plants!
