This was a very good experience. AARON was respectful, courteous, honest and went out of his way to make sure the project was done correctly. My garage was damaged from the May tornado and there were no sudden mark up in prices! I highly recommend them and will always use them.
We have used Royal multiple times. The first time they corrected an issue from a different garage door company and it cost less. The second time our spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday. We called Monday morning and they were out that afternoon to fix it. They are affordable, always quick to respond, and get the work done right.
We had a spring break several years back, and I searched for local places that serviced the door opener that was installed. I think they came out the next day and fixed it. So, I had used them previously. We called again when we had an electrical issue, and I actually asked about upgrading to a new unit with battery backup, remote access, etc. they came out and fixed the electrical issue to get us up and running and gave us an estimate for the new opener, but they were out of stock. I had to call back to ask about the opener, and they scheduled a time. I did get bumped from their schedule, but it was a door for a fire station, so kudos to them for getting emergency services business (as a former firefighter, I can confirm that they don't trust that work to just anyone), and they worked around that to still make it when I could meet them. The installation went well, and everything was installed neatly and had the basic setup, when they left. They accidentally tossed the paperwork, which we needed for certain codes. They did find it for us and made sure we had what we needed. It was up to us to download the apps to our phones and take care of that setup. They also emailed us a bill, and we had to pay after the fact. They couldn't take payment at the time of service. Overall, great work and service, but the organization and payment may be a bit bumpy. If you're patient and work with them, they'll do great work for you.
