I highly recommend Phipps's heating and cooling. I recently had an AC emergency on the hottest day we have had and they were so responsive, professional, and efficient. Elmo was so kind and explained to me what was going on. I had to have a conversation with an employee from their warehouse about the quote and he was willing to answer all of the questions I had. I wish I had caught his name, he was very kind also. I will use Phipps from here on out for my HVAC needs.
