Broke my glasses last night. I run in to their office at 7:30 this morning and in 5 minutes they had me all fixed and I was out the door. This is the second time they have done something special for me. I love these people

This is an amazing clinic! I absolutely loved it. I had been going to Brandon Eye Clinic for 7 years. I was unhappy with a number of things so I decided to try Myers. Customer service is VERY important to me and they definitely have it. I was under the impression that I would have to pay for the appointment myself but then Dr. Myers went the extra mile to ask the ladies in the front if they could double check to see if my insurance would cover it and they did! It seemed as though he really didn't want me to have to pay it myself if I didn't have to. That is a big indicator that they genuinely care about their patients. I just left this office . The Dr is quiet but great and the staff are friendly but a bit to the quiet side as well . There is nothing wrong with that .They all acted very professional. I would recommend them most definitely. The Dr is honest and did a throughout exam . My 1st time ordering a pair of glasses at the optometrist office but I did because the staff was nice .Cheers.A.
