went in with a thought of what I wanted, talked to Robin,(whom is now my forever stylist), we talked about my basic wants, she was totally engaged in what I was wanting, when I asked her professional opinion, she gave it and it ended up being exactly what I wanted, only BETTER somehow ??I LOVE IT!! Had a wonderful experience! I went in to donate 10 inches to Locks of Love and then have the stylist work with whatever I had left. Caitlyn was fantastic from start to finish. She listened to all of my concerns, measured my hair several times before she cut, and then worked slowly and carefully with my hair to get it just right. I’ve been to this location twice now and had great experiences!Service: Haircut

I had a coupon from a mail flyer for a $9.99 Haircut. I called the morning of 5/18 and spoke to Robyn to make sure there was nothing special I needed to use it. She said to just bring it with me. I got there at about 2:45pm and was greeted and seated right away, no wait at that time. My stylist was Jenny. I showed her the pic of the cut I was wanting. She asked me a few questions to detail the look and then went right into it. She was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and confident. I asked her questions about my hair and advice for straightening it, and treatments.
