We’ve used this company for about 5 years to maintain our termite letter for our home. They are very affordable. This year I had an issue with a technician showing up outside of the window I was given. I spoke to the owner, Mr. White, and he apologized and made it right. Also Shannon in the office was very helpful and understanding. 5 stars
