This clinic as well as the Farmington location have continued to mess up my daughter’s paper work. For months they had two files which caused a lot of confusion and issues with her health care team and pharmacy’s. I was advised today that myself as the custodial parent and legal guardian of my child my information didn’t get put in for hippa and I have no access to my daughters medical records and the fastest solution takes up to 48 hrs when my child has medication they are not filling and will not tell me why. I no longer trust this clinic with our personal records and data as they have lost my information duplicated it under wrong socials creating multiple files...read full review

Honestly, very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention we received during our visit. Upon spending an hour in the exam room and being “accidentally forgotten.” Dr. Jean is sweet but it’s unacceptable to wait for over 30 minutes when the results only take 15mins. As a Doctor you should be able to depend on your staff to let you know who’s waiting and let you know if they’ve been waiting for an extended amount of time.This is also not the first time the front desk says they can’t find my appointment and then claim their system is slow, my sick child is not at fault that you have a faulty system.
