Communication with my representative in the office matched the communication I received from my technician in the field. I used purchased a spring and fall service package for my outdoor AC unit as well as my indoor furnace.
I am happy with my “spring” service and will be awaiting my “fall” service in the coming months.

I contacted Advantage Air after my AC unit stopped working unexpectedly as it was only about 1 year old. From the initial call to Nicole who coordinated services my experience was exceptional. Nicole was always easy to get ahold of, was an excellent communicator, followed up on scheduling and other details related to the repair, and was very organized. I found Collin the service rep to be very polite, honest, and knowledgeable. He coordinated directly with John the service manager when unsure of an aspect of the repair and solves the problem and got the unit up and running again. Overall great experience with Advantage Air and I highly recommend the whole team!

They do our Spring and Fall inspections. We recently had our a/c quit on Friday at about 3:00 pm. I contacted them. They identified the problem, ordered the part, and made the repairs much sooner than expected. A satisfied customer.
