Well I could give my detailed story of my experience which would probaly take alot of space, instead I will say that John the manager at springdale location and Cory the Master mechanic , both went above and beyond with their service to my van and in helping me. They were also both honest & upfront . Even though the supply chain has been disrupted due to covid they still mad it happen. Also the mechanic that worked on my van did a great job did not get his name. They reallu know what they are doing. Thank you

Following a check engine light and diesel derate while pulling some mountain grades, we called numerous places for assistance. We finally found Advanced Diesel of NWA who was responsive. The technican quickly determined the boost sensor was failing. The technician explained his diagnosis to me, which provided some assurance and confidence in his skills. They were able to locate a part and installed the very next day, two hours before promised. As fulltimers, I appreciate that they allowed us to stay outside of their fence line overnight while awaiting the part.
