Great experience today. For one thing I will say I have never gotten a bad haircut from a supercuts so that was no surprise there but today I had the pleasure of Libbey (taking a shot at how to spell the name so I apologize if I butchered that) cutting both my hair and my almost five year old son's hair. He has been super skittish about getting a haircut lately because of last time we went to a beauty college and the student ended up nicking his ear. Libbey made sure to show him he didn't need to be scared and took the time to reassure him while cutting his hair to make sure he was comfortable.
