I have used them both for my personal and LLC taxes for close to 10 years now. All I do is scan in my documents and email them. They are quick to respond both when taxes are done and if they have questions. My taxes are done within a few days and I have 100% trust in them!

They had great customer service. The lady who helped me was friendly and professional. Even when I brought some of the wrong paperwork she was helpful and pleasant to work with. I and was able to cut what I knew I would owe down to a small amount. I will use them again next year.
