I've been impressed with this place and I tell you it's hard for me to give any place a 5. I've been 3 times prices are very reasonable and they answered all my questions and they did blood work and urine on my 12 year old cat grumpy. And even called and explained everything and anything about the blood work. They helped me find things for him that they didn't carry because he's a trucking cat and sometimes gets a little stressed out. They are great thanks again for everything
They were God’s answer when we couldn’t get our Doberman in to the clinic where we had gone before. From the receptionist, every technician and Dr Spiller herself, we were met with compassion and sincerity. Then came the end of what was Ivy’s life. They made time for us even though they had to push to make an opening. Needless to say, they are now our clinic of definite choice.
The only place we take our animals, even after moving to Joplin. The staff are extremely caring and patient. This is a high traffic clinic, so there are times that we've had to wait awhile. Since we know it's a possibility, we always try and build in some extra time.
