Jez has been so helpful, I explained to them that I had to have my treadmill for health reasons and they where so helpful and that lady in the office Fonda was quick and got me in contact with the service man and he fixed my treadmill and I'm back in business within a week.

Never would've have believed that there is a service like this. Very reasonably priced in my opinion. I recommend for massage chair repair at this time. I don't believe they are limited to only these kind of repairs. Give them a call or email and ask if they repair what you need fixed. Very easy process. Very satisfied this far. Having a return visit to install parts.

We heard a clicking sound coming from our NordicTrak Commercial x22i. Dewey, the technician, was able to diagnose the issue immediately. Ordered the part and our treadmill is back fully functioning. They were timely, professional and fixed our treadmill. Couldn't ask for more.
