During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when many of the Apple Stores were closed across much of the southeastern United States, this Apple Authorized repair shop was my next best alternative. First, I had to make an appointment with them. Availability wasn't great, but they were almost fully-booked up.It made for a bit of a drive, but in the end, they were able to successfully install a new battery into my failing iPhone within a few hours. If I had to, I would use this shop again.

Super quick & diligent workers! Chris went above and beyond to help me get my phone back in working condition. I’m from out of state so I was worried but they took good care of me in a very timely manner! Very kind folks

Here's a certified Apple Service Center that repairs iPhones and Macs, an unusual find in a smallish city. They give quick, friendly, and personal attention, and the phone and computer repairs they've done for me have been equal in quality to those available at Apple Stores—with much less travel and waiting time.
