This man is an absolute Saint. I had already called several locksmiths in the area, it was late in the afternoon and none could help me. He came out to the Walmart parking lot where I couldn't get my push to start key to connect to my vehicle. I was there with two of my kids, one being an infant. He said he typically doesn't work on push to start keys but came out to where I was anyway seeing if there was anything he could do to help. He was the only one willing to help and got there very quickly. He made a few calls and stayed until he figured out a solution. I found out later it was his birthday! I was in tears at his kindness. He helped me out when I was in a bind working out of state, the contractor was working on my house and locked himself out. Quality Lock and key met the contractor at the house and opened it up with no problem and charge the reasonable price.

Bill is professional and made quick work of re-keying my house locks. They are so much smoother than before, and he made me extra keys as well. Good prices, conversation, and service. Definitely recommend for any locksmith task.
