“During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when many of the Apple Stores were closed across much of the southeastern United States, this Apple Authorized repair shop was my next best alternative. First, I had to make an appointment with them. Availability wasn't great, but they were almost fully-booked up.It made for a bit of a drive, but in the end, they were able to successfully install a new battery into my failing iPhone within a few hours. If I had to, I would use this shop again.“
