I worked with Ashley to buy a property halfway across the country, my first out-of-state purchase. She was absolutely amazing throughout the process and made the buying process very smooth for me.Ashley has great communication skills and is very easy to work with. It took me just a couple of hours on a weekend morning to let her know that I'm interested, and from there, preparing the final offer barely took her any time. Ashley was amazing! We were first time home buyers and she walked us through every step and made sure we understood the process. She stayed in touch and answered all of the many questions we had along the way. She even noticed a small difference in our expected payment and what the closing paperwork stated. She immediately figured out the difference and made phone calls to get it fixed asap. Ashley has stayed in touch even after we closed and I have no doubts that she’ll be there for us anytime we need it. She’s the best and we HIGHLY recommend her!!
I have worked with Ashley and Chris a couple of times now. Wonderful experience! As an out of town investor I appreciate that they are honest even when it may cost them possible income.
