The doctors are amazing, but their office staff leave much to be desired. I have went to this clinic since I was a child, and continued with it because of the doctors. I have never had a good interaction with their office staff, over the phone or in person. They speak rudely, even snidely at times, which makes visits uncomfortable. I should not be nervous asking questions in a clinic setting, nor made to feel stupid for them (which has happened several times over the years now). It’s a shame.

Love, Love, Love Dr. Scott, but the people working in the office are rude and not helpful at all. Myself, My Mother, My Father and My Grandmother all use Dr. Scott and he is amazing. My Son has to go through Childrens to get his eye exams, but we always order his glasses through Scotts, which we just did and were waiting for the call to let us know they are in, which we have not got. This morning his Glasses broke and could not be worn, I called to check on when his new glasses would be in, only to be told, they are in the Danville Office and have been since sometime in October, and the office will not be open Thursday of this week, so he will have to wait till next week... read full review

Dr Scott was great. Ordered anew pair of glasses. I couldn't see with the new ones my vision was blurred.I told the lady they wouldn't work. And they were worse than my old glasses. She said it was because of my diabetes. I won't be going back
